Service Description

Personalized one-on-one training sessions designed to meet your specific fitness goals. Whether you're starting out or looking to enhance your athletic performance, my training will guide you every step of the way.


Cancellation Policy

Session Fees By booking a personal training session or plan, you agree to the following prices for training services: Single Session (1 hour): $25 per session. Single Session (2 hours): $50 per session. Training Packages: Prices vary based on the number of sessions purchased. Details will be provided upon request. Payments are due at the time of booking or prior to the session. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon methods. 2. Session Structure & Trainer’s Discretion Sessions are typically 1 hour. The trainer will structure the session based on your goals, unless medical restrictions are provided through signed documentation from a healthcare professional. The trainer is not liable for injuries if proper documentation isn’t provided. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. This fee may be waived at the trainer's discretion. It's at the trainer's dispense if they decide to accept a client if they do not the client will be refunded. 4. Non-Recurring Payments Sessions and packages are non-recurring. You will not be automatically charged for future sessions unless you make a new booking. Payments are only for the sessions or packages you purchase. 5. Trainer’s Responsibility for Session Completion The trainer is responsible for delivering the full 1-hour session. If the trainer fails to do so, you are entitled to a full refund for that session, with proper proof. 6. Early Session Termination & Overruns If you end the session early, you are still responsible for the full $40 fee. If the session runs over time, you will not be charged extra fees. Any overrun is the trainer's responsibility. 7. Health + Safety For the safety and health of the trainer and client a general liability form must be filled out (found in forms tab), a health history form, and a parental consent form prior to working out if not completed a paper one will be given before the session starts 8. Session Adjustments Sessions can be modified based on your goals, preferences, and needs. Any changes to the session structure will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation. 9. Parental Consent for Minors If the client is a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must sign a parental consent waiver before the session begins.
